Added more garlic & cayenne, less coconut milk, raisins, allspice & cloves. About 3-4 servings. This shit was soooo good. Also note: I am attempting to document how much food I leave on my plate. I come from a clean-your-plate family, but it's really not a good philosophy. Tried to split the recipe into two servings but neither of us could finish (splitting the recipe makes two 716 kcal servings). So we saved the rest, about 1/3 of it.
Hello friends. I am well rested again, but my planned schedule is now defunct... last night kel & I finally returned the steam cleaner & drank a bottle of red, then recorded a TPP ep about being fat vegans. Our goal is to record every day this week, which is my favorite goal to have. We keep meaning to make these informative eps about the food industry, accompanied by some infographix to explain, but there never seems to be the time. Maybe we need to stick to what we do best: drinking & recording about whatever comes up & having fun. & now back to my regularly scheduled responsibilities.
